Target Kansas is seeking a General Merchandise Expert to help guests find products, stock shelves, and maintain a friendly store environment. You will greet guests, resolve questions, and participate in replenishment, pricing, and signage to ensure an easy, inspiring shopping experience.

The role requires a fast-paced, physically demanding environment with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays. Training covers procedures, safety, and the use of scanners and POS devices.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting and assisting guests.
