Job summary

The Arizona Biltmore, a Pyramid Global Hospitality property in Phoenix, seeks an experienced General Manager to oversee Wright's Bar and Spire Bar. This multi-outlet leadership role drives financial performance, guest service, and team development across two luxury venues.

You will partner with the Executive Chef on seasonal menus, manage budgets and labor, coach staff, ensure health and safety standards, and create memorable guest experiences in a high-volume setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily bar operations and ensure service excellence.
• Collaborate with Executive Chef on seasonal menus and kitchen operations.

• Lead, train, and mentor outlet staff.
• Ensure health, safety, and SOP compliance.
• Engage guests and handle inquiries and feedback.
• Maintain floor presence during peak times.
