Job summary

Wendy's is seeking a Restaurant General Manager (RGM) to lead the Restaurant Management Team at our Hamilton, Ohio location. You will foster a caring, customer-focused environment, coach the team, drive sales, and meet operational metrics while upholding brand standards.

This role offers a stable environment, flexible schedules, incentives and benefits, and clear paths for advancement. Must be 21+, able to obtain SERV Safe certification, and willing to travel to training and other stores.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain SERV Safe certification by end of training.
• Ability to lead and develop restaurant teams for strong customer service.
