Job summary

Wendy's is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead the restaurant team, drive sales, and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced environment. You will mentor staff, ensure food safety, and maintain a guest-first approach to service.

You will manage schedules, motivate through bonuses, and represent the Wendy's culture. Eligible candidates should be 21+, with ServSafe certification by training end, and have reliable transportation for training and store visits.

• Must have or be willing to obtain SERV Safe certification by the end of training.
• Secure reliable transportation to travel to your home store and other locations (restaurants, area office, etc.) occasionally for training and other tasks
• Must be 21 years of age or older
