Job summary

Wendy's in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead the restaurant management team, drive sales, uphold brand standards, and deliver outstanding guest experiences.

You will build a strong team, manage operations, ensure food safety, and motivate staff through training and coaching. Must be 21+, SERV Safe certification, and able to travel for training.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• SERV Safe certification required or willing to obtain by end of training.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build a team and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Lead the management team to achieve employee, guest, sales, and operational goals.
• Stand and move for most shifts; maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming restaurant.
• Follow brand standards to prepare great food and serve customers.
• Ensure food safety procedures and training compliance.
• Travel to home store and other locations occasionally for training.

• Secure reliable transportation to travel to your home store and other locations (restaurants, area office, etc.) occasionally for training and other tasks
