Job summary

Wendy's in New Orleans is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead and grow the restaurant team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and strong operational performance.

You will motivate staff, manage schedules, uphold brand standards, and drive sales and profitability while maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant dining environment.

• Must have or be willing to obtain SERV Safe certification by the end of training.
• Secure reliable transportation to travel to your home store and other locations (restaurants, area office, etc.) occasionally for training and other tasks
