This market leading global iGaming operator is seeking a General Manager, US, to spearhead its strategic entry into the US market.

This is a pivotal executive role with full ownership of our client's go-to-market strategy, regulatory alignment, new product launch, and operational setup. We’re looking for a visionary leader who not only understands the complexities of the U.S. iGaming landscape but has hands-on experience launching products from concept through live operation.

Responsibilities -

Product Launch Ownership

  • Lead the end-to-end launch of client's iGaming products in New Jersey, with full accountability for timeline, quality, compliance, and commercial readiness.
  • Work closely with Product, UX, and Tech teams to localize and optimize the platform experience for the U.S. market.
  • Define, refine, and execute product strategy—from early ideation and compliance planning to iterative improvement post-launch.
  • Ensure robust player journeys, gamification, and engagement strategies that align with U.S. user expectations.

Regulatory & Compliance Leadership

  • Act as the principal point of contact with the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement (DGE).
  • Navigate certification, reporting, and operational compliance requirements with precision and foresight.
  • Ensure all platform features and business practices comply with local regulatory standards, including AML, KYC, and Responsible Gaming.

Business Planning & Performance Management

  • Own and refine the U.S. market business plan with a critical eye on financial targets, operational efficiency, and market share goals.
  • Report regularly to executive leadership with progress updates, strategic adjustments, and growth forecasts.

Public Relations & Brand Strategy

  • Work closely with marketing and PR teams to create buzz around our client's U.S. entry. Build partnerships, attend industry events, and act as a public-facing representative for the brand in the U.S. market.

Candidate Profile -

  • Proven track record of leading full-cycle iGaming product launches in regulated U.S. markets.
  • Thorough understanding of the New Jersey iGaming regulatory environment; existing DGE certification is a major plus.
  • Strong product and market knowledge across online casino and sportsbook platforms.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Tech, Compliance, and Commercial teams. Leadership experience with a strong ability to build teams, set strategy, and deliver results under pressure.
  • Comfortable operating in a hands-on executive leadership role.
