As General Manager of The Diplomat Beach Resort, you will lead a flagship destination within Hilton’s luxury lifestyle portfolio. This high-impact role requires a strategic leader with proven experience in large-scale, fast-paced environments.

You will oversee all resort operations, champion service excellence, optimize commercial performance, and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration. You will also represent the property with stakeholders, guests, team members, and the local community.

The Diplomat Beach Resort, Curio Collection by Hilton, is an oceanfront property in Hollywood, Florida, with 1,100 guest rooms and suites offering ocean or Intracoastal views. What are we looking for?

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years as a General Manager leading a property with 500+ rooms and revenues over $75M
• Experience managing all aspects of a high-volume property, including leisure, group, and convention business
• Experience with property redevelopment, renovation, or pre-opening projects
• Strong financial oversight and revenue management skills
• Experience overseeing large-scale group and convention operations
• Ability to build and influence strategic relationships with ownership
• Passion for service excellence and team development

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing labor relations and unions
• Experience managing a complex resort property
• Hilton brand experience
