Job summary

The Edge Fitness Clubs LLC is seeking an experienced Club Manager to drive the club's operational and financial performance. You will oversee Membership Sales, Front Desk, Personal Training, Edge Kids, Group Exercise and Maintenance, while leading a team across departments.

You will embody our mission and values, coach staff, and ensure exceptional member satisfaction. This role requires energy, strong communication, and a passion for fitness in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Related Health Club experience in a leadership role.
• Experience managing multiple departments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall operational and financial performance of the club, including profitability, asset management, accounting, member satisfaction, sales, and staff development.
• Maintain managerial oversight for Membership Sales, Front Desk, Personal Training, Edge Kids, Group Exercise and Maintenance; communicate with department heads.
• Lead by example and uphold The Edge's mission and values; ensure accountability.
• Collaborate with department heads on hiring staff at the club.

What You'll DO

• You are responsible for the overall operational and financial performance of the club, including profitability, asset management, accounting compliance, member satisfaction, sales, personnel training and employee development.
• You maintain managerial oversight for all departments (Membership Sales, Front Desk Personnel, Personal Training, Edge Kids, Group Exercise and Maintenance) and communicates regularly with department heads regarding the performance of each department
• You understand the company's Mission Statement, core values and overall culture of the business, leading by example and holding all employees accountable to The spirit of The Edge
• You work closely with department heads on making the decision to hire all staff at the club
