Job summary

McDonald's is seeking a General Manager/Supervisor to lead a high-volume restaurant and ensure delivery of McDonald's Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards. You will partner with owners to set goals and map out plans to achieve them.

You'll manage a team of managers, provide coaching and direction, and oversee hiring and development to ensure the right people are in place for future success. This role requires prior GM experience in McDonald's operations.

• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in corporate-owned restaurants.
• Ability to lead and coach a team of managers to improve store performance.
• Oversee hiring and development of store managers to build the right team.

Requirements

This position is responsible for running a profitable restaurant(s) and for making sure they meet McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. These standards are high, so this is a big job! The General Manager/Supervisor works with owners to set the restaurant’s goals and creates a plan to achieve the goals.

To meet restaurants goals, the General Manager/ Supervisor doesn’t work alone. He or she leads a team of other managers of various levels, each with specific responsibilities in the restaurant. This means helping them to set their own goals, following up on their progress, and providing coaching and direction to improve the store and departments.

The General Manager/ Supervisor will also oversee hiring and development of store managers to make sure that the restaurant has the right team to lead into the future.

Ideal candidates should have previous General Manager experience with McDonalds running high volume locations. You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.
