Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree in operations, business management or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years in an operations leadership role with proven results.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong ethics and confidentiality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site and remote teams to drive performance and market share.
• Oversee daily operations, standards, KPIs, and cost efficiency.
• Review P&L and business reports to guide decisions.
