We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a General Manager/Store Manager. This position is an exciting opportunity to lead a team, manage a store, and make a significant impact on our business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business planning, team management, customer service, strategic planning, and financial analysis. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities

As a General Manager/Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the store, including but not limited to

  • Developing and implementing strategic business plans to promote the growth and profitability of the store.
  • Leading and managing a team of employees, providing them with the guidance and support they need to succeed.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that the store is always meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
  • Overseeing the store's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Ensuring that the store is always in compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as any applicable laws and regulations.
  • Identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to improve the store's performance and increase its market share.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other key stakeholders.

Qualifications

To be considered for the General Manager/Store Manager position, you must possess the following qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the car wash or retail industry.
  • A strong background in business planning, team management, customer service, and strategic planning.
  • Exceptional leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of leading and motivating a team of employees.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Strong financial acumen, with the ability to analyze financial data and make informed business decisions.
  • Excellent strategic planning skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective business plans.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of stakeholders.
