STORE MANAGER (HEAD OF SALES & STORE OPERATION)

RESPONSIBILITIES

We are inviting experienced candidates for a senior management position in our Department Stores. The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining effective management control over the operation, product marketing, and sales performance across various product categories such as beauty, fashion, home, F&B, etc. His/her roles and responsibilities shall include but are not limited to:

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales managers to achieve the company’s sales targets;
  • Develop and implement strategic sales strategies and marketing plans;
  • Establish revenue, cost containment, and service targets;
  • Formulate annual/seasonal sales plans and source merchandise and brands;
  • Monitor sales performance and standards of the department store, control costs and inventory;
  • Oversee daily store operations; provide analysis and recommendations to senior management to improve store operations, overall image, product mix, and sales performance;
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing Division for the development and implementation of marketing initiatives.
