24/7 Travel Stores in Hays, KS is seeking an exceptional leader to grow with us. This is more than managing a store; it's an opportunity to build a team, create a culture, and lead a new business from the beginning.

You'll own the performance of retail, food service, gasoline and diesel operations, staffing, inventory, safety, facilities, and customer experience while training with seasoned leaders and preparing to lead the new Hays location.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Strong business and financial understanding.
• High-volume retail, convenience, travel store, fuel, or food service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on leadership style.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Ability and willingness to travel during training.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing team. Build accountability and establish a strong culture from day one.
• Own the performance of retail, food service, gasoline and diesel operations, staffing, inventory, safety, facilities, and customer experience.
• Drive food quality, safety, sales, margins, inventory, and profitability.
• Manage sales, margins, labor, inventory, expenses, and profitability. Use performance data to make informed decisions and identify opportunities for growth.
