About the Role:

The General Manager is responsible for leading all operations at the Runza location within Omaha Eppley Airfield. This role ensures exceptional guest service, operational excellence, strong financial performance, and adherence to Runza Plum Market, and airport standards. The General Manager oversees Team Member development, daily service execution, inventory control, financial performance, and compliance. This is a hands-on leadership role for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced airport environment and is passionate about food, hospitality, service, and team culture.

What you will do:

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team through training, clear expectations, motivation, and accountability.

• Resolve guest concerns and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor financial performance and drive results through attention to margin, labor, and waste reduction.
• Partner with leadership and support teams to meet operational goals and implement best practices.
• Actively work alongside the team on the floor and behind the counter to support service execution and identify opportunities for workflow improvement.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and security standards throughout the location.
