Job summary

A1 Chimney in Illinois seeks a General Manager for Roofing & Field Operations to own and grow an established operation. You will lead day-to-day field operations, drive roofing and chimney sales, and ensure profitability on every project.

This role requires hands-on leadership, deep roofing experience, and the ability to build a high-performance team. You will set KPIs, manage production, and partner with the corporate office to scale the market.

We’re looking for a proven roofing leader who is ready to take ownership of an established operation and help take it to the next level.

This is not a “keep things running” position.

We want someone who knows roofing, sales, project management, and people — someone who can walk onto a job site, recognize problems before they happen, motivate a team, drive sales, and understand what it takes to make a job profitable.
