A1 Chimney in Illinois is seeking a Roofing General Manager to own and grow an established operation, leading day-to-day field operations, driving roofing and chimney sales, and improving profitability.

We’re looking for a proven roofing leader who is ready to take ownership of an established operation and help take it to the next level.

This is not a “keep things running” position.

We want someone who knows roofing, sales, project management, and people — someone who can walk onto a job site, recognize problems before they happen, motivate a team, drive sales, and understand what it takes to make a job profitable.
