As a hands‑on leader, you will drive performance, coach teams, and maintain a safe, clean, welcoming environment while aligning with Papa John’s core values and policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' current General Manager experience in Casual Restaurant.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant environment.
• ServeSafe Certification preferred (training may be provided).
