Job summary

Love's Travel Stops in Colorado is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a high-volume kitchen and front-of-house team. You will drive operations, ensure safety and quality, and execute strategies to boost sales and customer satisfaction.

You will coach staff, manage scheduling, and analyze P&L and budgets to make data-driven changes. The role requires 3+ years in restaurant management and a track record with $1M+ annual sales.

Qualifications

• 3+ years restaurant management experience.
• 3+ years managing operations with annual sales volume of $1M+.
• 3+ years affecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer satisfaction focus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Intermediate level computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds or more.
• Pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained kitchen, along with adherence to proper food safety procedures.
• Drive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation.
• Assist the General Manager with task execution, safety practices, scheduling, cash integrity, talent acquisition and development, and reporting.
• Work alongside team members to coach and develop in preparing and packaging customer orders promptly and to maximize service.
• Understand financial reporting including profit and loss statements to drive business changes and opportunities.
• Address customer feedback and work to improve the dining experience.
