Job summary

Love's Travel Stops is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a high-volume kitchen and dining operation. You will work with staff to ensure excellent customer service, efficient processes, and adherence to safety standards. The role emphasizes driving sales, managing inventory, and executing daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.

This is an on-site leadership role in a fast-paced environment. The position requires 2+ years of restaurant management, experience with budget and P&L oversight,

Qualifications

• 2+ years restaurant management experience.
• 2+ years managing operations with an annual sales volume of $1M+.
• 2+ years affecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements.
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check. Additional screening may include a motor vehicle check and/or DOT Physical.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained kitchen, along with adherence to proper food safety procedures.
• Drive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation.
• Assist the General Manager with task execution, safety practices, scheduling, cash handling, talent development, and reporting.
• Train and develop team members in preparing and packaging customer orders to maximize service quality.
• Understand financial reporting including profit and loss to inform business decisions.

• Addressing customer feedback and working to improve the overall dining experience.
