Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our Quick Service Restaurant in Pennsylvania. You will oversee daily operations, build high-performing teams, and drive sales and profitability while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

The role requires strong leadership, a track record in P&L management, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will champion food safety, brand standards, and continuous improvement across all restaurant functions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience in a QSR or retail environment.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.

• Experience managing financial performance, including P&L responsibilities.
