Job summary

The General Manager at B.HOM Student Living's Eugene, OR community oversees all aspects of operations, leasing, marketing, maintenance, and resident experience to maximize NOI. You’ll lead staffing, budgeting, and service standards while building partnerships with campus and local organizations.

This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a track record in student housing or multifamily property management.

Position Summary

The General Manager has full responsibility for the overall operations and financial performance of the assigned community. This includes oversight of staffing, leasing, marketing, maintenance, financial management, and resident experience. This role is accountable for delivering strong operational results, driving NOI, and leading a high-performing team.

What You’ll Do

Leadership & Team Development

• Hire, train, coach, and develop all community team members

What We’re Looking For

Work Schedule

Primarily Monday-FridayExtended hours, evenings, and weekends required based on business needs

Physical Requirements

• Ability to move throughout the property and conduct inspections
• Frequent use of a computer and office equipment
• Ability to communicate effectively in person, phone, and written formats
• Occasionally lift up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to travel locally and occasionally overnight as needed
