Job summary

Lonestar Integrated Solutions in Houston seeks a General Manager, Pre-Fabrication, to drive growth and profitability across the division. This leadership role oversees strategy, sales, operations, and market expansion with a hands-on approach to manufacturing processes and customer partnerships.

You will partner with executives, develop new products and services, manage capital investments, and build a scalable team capable of supporting rapid expansion, sustaining margins, and delivering value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent leadership experience considered.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership with P&L responsibility.
• Proven track record growing a business or product line.

Responsibilities

• Own full P&L and pricing strategy for Pre-Fabrication.
• Develop long-term strategy and growth plan for the division.
• Lead sales, pipeline development, and market penetration.
• Build a scalable organization with executive relationships.
