General Manager- Popeyes Here we grow again!We are rapidly opening new locations and we want you to join our team!Growing with us doesn’t stop after our 8-12 week training program, we continue the development of our managers for years to come and will help push you to the next level.We know the key to a well operating store is the General Manager. Our bonus program is structured so that the GM has achievable goals structured around labor hours/ food costs and DT times. The GM is eligible to receive 1% of gross sales as their bonus. Any sales over their budget they receive 10% of sales! It is not uncommon for strong managers to make almost as much in bonus as in salary. We are seeking dynamic results driven leaders who have an entrepreneurial spirit and value outstanding customer service for our Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, General Manager positions.If you have a positive attitude, are a self-starter and enjoy a fast-paced environment then this is the place for you. Managers must have a high level of personal integrity and be able to drive results through continuous coaching.Responsibilities:Managing day to day operations- Controls profit loss by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actionsPlans and ensures the professional growth & development of the management team and crew membersMaintains an exceptional level of customer serviceKnows and manages compliance with federal, state and local labor laws and ensure the restaurant is completing regular safety / cleaning / operations checklists to guarantee guest satisfaction and inspectionsRequirements:Previous Management ExperienceStrong organizational skills with a desire to develop othersEffective communication and interpersonal skillsMust have the ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environmentKnowledge of both food & labor cost controlsExcellent customer serviceValid driver's license and vehicleAbility to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidaysProven reliability and high personal integrityBenefits:Total potential annual compensation including bonuses: up to $85,000Uncapped / achievable bonus programHealthcare Insurance- Medical, Vision and Dental401k (after one year of employment)Paid Time-off (Sick & Vacation)Career growth plansCell phone reimbursementhiring immediately!Building 10-15 new locations in various markets!competitive salary!www.teamgilligan.com
