Job summary

Popeyes is seeking a General Manager to lead our restaurant operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will drive team performance, cultivate a positive, high-energy culture, and own financial results in a fast-paced environment.

As a General Manager, you will recruit, train, and mentor staff, optimize food quality, service, and cleanliness, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of restaurant management experience, ideally as a General Manager or Assistant GM.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Financial and business acumen, including understanding of P&L statements.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree a plus)
• 3-5 years of restaurant management experience, ideally as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Financial and business acumen, including understanding of P&L statements
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

This position operates in a fast-paced restaurant environment and may involve exposure to hot equipment, kitchen hazards, cleaning chemicals, and moderate noise levels. The role requires frequent standing, bending, lifting, and reaching throughout the shift, including the ability to lift up to 60 pounds occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation.
