Job summary

Popeyes in Tucson, AZ is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations, ensure food quality, guest service, and cleanliness while driving performance.

You’ll recruit, train, coach, manage costs, and chart revenue growth, with a focus on safety and team culture; this is a fast-paced role with growth opportunities in a beloved Louisiana flavor brand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree a plus.
• 3–5 years of restaurant management, GM or AGM preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Financial acumen, including understanding of P&L statements.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree a plus)
• 3-5 years of restaurant management experience, ideally as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Financial and business acumen, including understanding of P&L statements
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

This position operates in a fast-paced restaurant environment and may involve exposure to hot equipment, kitchen hazards, cleaning chemicals, and moderate noise levels. The role requires frequent standing, bending, lifting, and reaching throughout the shift, including the ability to lift up to 60 pounds occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation.
