Job summary

Popeyes in Arizona is seeking a driven General Manager to oversee all restaurant operations, drive guest satisfaction, and coach a high-performing team to deliver great Louisiana flavor every day. You will lead, train, and mentor staff while maintaining operational excellence.

As GM, you’ll manage hiring, scheduling, cost control, and local marketing initiatives, ensuring safety and quality standards. This role offers leadership growth, comprehensive benefits, and a fast-paced, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Restaurant management experience required, 3–5 years.
• GM or AGM experience preferred.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree a plus)
• 3-5 years of restaurant management experience, ideally as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Financial and business acumen, including understanding of P&L statements
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

This position operates in a fast-paced restaurant environment and may involve exposure to hot equipment, kitchen hazards, cleaning chemicals, and moderate noise levels. The role requires frequent standing, bending, lifting, and reaching throughout the shift, including the ability to lift up to 60 pounds occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation.
