Job summary

Popeyes is seeking a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and drive profitability through strong leadership and hands-on execution.

You will recruit and develop a high-performing team, manage inventory, costs, and scheduling, ensure health and safety standards, and partner with local marketing to grow sales while maintaining a fun, inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree a plus.
• 3–5 years of restaurant management experience, ideally as GM or AGM.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Financial acumen, including understanding of P&L statements.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree a plus)
• 3-5 years of restaurant management experience, ideally as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Financial and business acumen, including understanding of P&L statements
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

This position operates in a fast-paced restaurant environment and may involve exposure to hot equipment, kitchen hazards, cleaning chemicals, and moderate noise levels. The role requires frequent standing, bending, lifting, and reaching throughout the shift, including the ability to lift up to 60 pounds occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation.
