Job summary

Popeyes is seeking a General Manager to lead our restaurant operations, drive guest satisfaction, and deliver financial results. You will coach teams, oversee service quality, and ensure food safety.

This role requires 3–5 years of restaurant management, strong leadership, and the ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends. You’ll build a positive culture and grow your career with a fast-growing brand.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of restaurant management experience, preferably as GM or AGM
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Financial and business acumen, including understanding P&L statements
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree a plus)
• 3-5 years of restaurant management experience, ideally as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Financial and business acumen, including understanding of P&L statements
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

This position operates in a restaurant environment. Popeyes staff are frequently exposed to hot equipment, cleaning chemicals, and moderate noise levels. The role requires regular standing, bending, lifting, and reaching.
