Job summary

Popeyes in the United States is seeking a General Manager to lead the restaurant, oversee daily operations, drive team performance, and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

You’ll recruit, hire, train, and develop top talent; manage inventory, food and labor costs; and coach managers to meet goals while maintaining health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of restaurant management experience, ideally as a General Manager or Assistant GM.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree a plus)
• 3-5 years of restaurant management experience, ideally as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Financial and business acumen, including understanding of P&L statements
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

This position operates in a restaurant environment. Popeyes staff are frequently exposed to hot equipment, cleaning chemicals, and moderate noise levels. The role requires regular standing, bending, lifting, and reaching.
