Job summary

Popeyes in Wisconsin is seeking a results-driven General Manager to lead the restaurant's day-to-day operations, maintain high food quality, guest service, and cleanliness, and coach a dynamic team to perform at their best.

You’ll oversee hiring, training, scheduling, payroll, inventory, and local marketing, while driving profitability, controlling costs, and delivering an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of restaurant management experience at GM/AGM level.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Financial acumen with understanding of P&L statements and cost control.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree a plus)
• 3-5 years of restaurant management experience, ideally as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Financial and business acumen, including understanding of P&L statements
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

This position operates in a restaurant environment. Popeyes staff are frequently exposed to hot equipment, cleaning chemicals, and moderate noise levels. The role requires regular standing, bending, lifting, and reaching.
