Job summary

Popeyes in Wisconsin is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations, uphold high food quality, guest service, and cleanliness.

You will recruit, train, and develop strong teams, coach staff to hit goals, manage inventory and costs, and ensure health and safety standards. This role offers leadership growth, competitive pay, health benefits, PTO, and a supportive, inclusive culture at a fast-growing brand.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree a plus)
• 3-5 years of restaurant management experience, ideally as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Financial and business acumen, including understanding of P&L statements
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

This position operates in a restaurant environment. Popeyes staff are frequently exposed to hot equipment, cleaning chemicals, and moderate noise levels. The role requires regular standing, bending, lifting, and reaching.
