Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and drive a positive, accountable culture.
• Own resort performance including revenue, labor, COGS, expenses, and EBITDA.
• Develop and execute a data-driven resort plan aligned to company initiatives.
• Hire, onboard, train, and retain a high-performing team across front- and back-of-house operations.
• Ensure safety, pet care, facility standards, inventory, and compliance.
