Job summary

Playa Bowls is seeking a Store Manager to lead a new location in Cleveland, responsible for building culture, leading a team, and serving as the store face in the community. You will drive daily operations, ensure top-notch guest experiences, and uphold food safety and quality standards for a fast-growing wellness brand.

The role requires owning shifts, coaching staff, and delivering exceptional hospitality while managing scheduling, inventory, and cash handling.

• Experience in restaurant/hospitality management preferred.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Restaurant, Cafe, Fitness, Retail, Or Hospitality Management Experience Preferred
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Passion for hospitality, wellness, and customer experience
• Must complete company training program prior to opening
• Must pass safe serv food safety certification within 3 months
• Ability to lift 25–40 lbs and remain active throughout shifts
