The GM will train in operations, including delivery as needed, and may progress toward ownership with experience. Strong experience in fast-food or restaurant management is preferred; 18+ years old with a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license are required.

• Experience leading a team; manage a staff of 3–30 during shifts.
• Can-do attitude and motivational skills to keep the team aligned.
• Reliable vehicle with valid driver's license and insurance.
• You must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team during your shift.
• Responsible for all store operations.
• Assist walk-in customers.
• Operate the cash register.
• Prepare products quickly and accurately, following specified portion sizes and recipes.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness.
