Job summary

Domino’s in Florida is seeking a full-time General Manager for a hands-on role that can lead to franchise ownership. GMs in our stores historically earned around $103,000 on average.

You will manage shift operations, cost and cash control, and customer relations while setting the tone and standards for the store. A Florida driver’s license and a reliable insured vehicle are required, and hours span Sunday–Thursday 9:00 AM–1:00 AM and Fri/Sat 9:00 AM–2:00 AM.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team; during your shift you will manage staff of 3 to 30 people.
• Can-do attitude and motivational skills to keep the team aligned and productive.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable insured vehicle.
• Be a great role model for staff and customers alike.
• You must be at least 18 years old.
