Job summary

Delaware North is seeking a General Manager to lead Nova Guides at Camp Hale in Red Cliff, Colorado. You will drive revenue growth, operational excellence, and exceptional guest experiences across a premier outdoor destination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• At least five years of experience in hospitality or hotel management, including food service, lodging, and retail; preferably with outdoor adventure and event management.
• Experience managing facilities maintenance and projects.
• Passion for the outdoors and safety standards in high-risk adventure settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of operations, including lodging, food and beverage, outdoor adventures, events, retail, sales and marketing, facilities, finance, and HR.
• Champion a culture of safety, service excellence, and continuous improvement while developing high-performing teams and delivering guest experiences.
• Drive revenue growth and business performance through strategic planning, financial oversight, and operational execution.
• Build and maintain relationships with community partners, tourism organizations, and industry stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and regulatory requirements while supporting daily operations.
• Operate company vehicles as needed to support business operations.
