Background supporting laboratory, testing, engineered products, or complex manufacturing operations.
Experience leading capital planning, operational scaling, and strategic growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead the business unit with full accountability for operational performance, profitability, and strategic execution.
Drive performance across safety, quality, delivery, cost, customer service, and financial metrics.
Partner with functional leaders to strengthen operations, develop talent, and improve organizational effectiveness.

Build strong customer relationships while ensuring compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and corporate policies.
