Job summary

Cafe Zupas is seeking a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, drive performance, and foster a positive team culture. The role features a yearly European incentive trip for two, no Sundays, early mornings, or late nights, and a strong bonus plan plus 401(k).

The GM will mentor staff, deliver consistent guest experiences, and execute company initiatives with energy and integrity. Join a growing concept focused on real, from-scratch food and team-first values.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry.
• Available to work a five day set schedule.
• Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
