Cafe Zupas is seeking a General Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, lead the team, and uphold our guest‑first culture. The role includes a guaranteed yearly European trip for two, set scheduling with Sundays off, and a strong bonus program with a 401K plan.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry.
• Available to work a five day set schedule.
• Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring a team.
• Detail-oriented, growth minded, and a self-starter.
• Enthusiastic, positive, and driven.

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
• Develop team members by providing direction and feedback.

General Manager - Yearly European Trip & No Sundays - $70 – $125k per year

• Yearly Trip to Europe for 2 people (extra week of PTO)
• No Sundays, Early Mornings, or Late Nights
• $25k Average Bonus Plan & 401K
