Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct all premium services operations including luxury suites and VIP spaces.

• Recruit, train, and coach supervisors and frontline staff.

Pay Range

70,000 to 90,000

Preferred Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Sports Management, Culinary Management, or related field.
• 7+ years of leadership experience in premium hospitality, catering, food & beverage, sports and entertainment venues, hotels, convention centres, or large event operations.
• 5+ years leading managers and cross-functional teams.

• Proven ability to lead, develop, and retain high-performing teams.
• Experience recruiting, training, coaching, and evaluating management and hourly staff.
• Demonstrated success fostering accountability, service excellence, and operational efficiency.

Business & Financial Acumen

• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and P&L management.
• Experience managing large operating budgets and revenue targets.
• Ability to identify opportunities to increase revenue and profitability.

Guest & Client Relations

• Passion for delivering exceptional hospitality experiences.
• Experience building relationships with premium guests, clients, sponsors, and venue partners.

Operations

• Knowledge of premium hospitality, catering operations, banquet execution and event logistics.
• Ability to manage multiple events and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience developing and improving operational procedures.

Strategy & Technical Skills

• Ability to leverage business metrics, guest feedback, and market trends to improve performance.

Physical & Scheduling Requirements
