The Boyd Group is opening a new collision center in Beaver Creek, OH, and seeks a General Manager to lead daily operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will coach staff, manage budgets, monitor KPI targets, and ensure safety and quality standards across the facility.

You’ll drive performance through strong leadership, hands-on management, and consistent adherence to policies. This role offers competitive pay and benefits with quarterly bonuses.

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary Education or equivalent.
• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.
• Strong communication and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the collision center to achieve KPI targets.
• Lead and coach a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Prepare and manage annual/monthly budgets; monitor labor and expenses.
• Forecast sales, labor, and parts performance; adjust plans to meet goals.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and staff development activities.
• Maintain safety, quality, and operational standards across the facility.
• Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures and safety guidelines.

Job Description:

NEW SHOP OPENING IN BEAVER CREEK! The General Manager’s primary responsibility and accountability includes providing an exceptional and successful customer experience while leading and maintaining the day-to-day operation of the Store in compliance with established policies and procedures. The General Manager plans and implements the daily operations of the Collision Center to ensure that overall KPI’s and insurance metrics are met. They are responsible to coach and empower each team member’s performance and success in their individual roles. The General Manager will promote and maintain the highest quality standards of professionalism in serving all customers, and the General Manager plays a pivotal role in the success of the customer’s experience by ensuring they are working in alignment with all team members. General Managers are committed to leading by example at all times.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Prepare and manage the annual and monthly operating budget of the collision center.
• Forecast, target and track monthly sales, profit and expense objectives.
• Deliver formal annual performance reviews and informal monthly performance reviews.
• Monitor and maintain all A/P and A/R relating to the Collision Center.
• Maintain a clean and organized repair facility at all times.
• Monitor all maintenance required for all shop equipment, including the paint booth
• Provide training for all staff as necessary
• Ensure all staff wear proper safety gear and adhere to dress code.
• Open and close the facility daily as per established procedures.
• Conduct or coordinate daily production meetings/walks to confirm through-put and delivery dates
• Manage all estimates to ensure labor mix is within established standards.
• Manage store capacity.
• Lead and manage all repair facility personnel.
• Facilitate monthly Health & Safety and staff meetings.
• Attend monthly managers meetings.
• Attend training, information sessions and workshops recommended by Senior Leadership Team.
• Store CSI performance review and follow up within 24 hours.

Education and/or Experience Required

• Post-Secondary Education or equivalent.
• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.

Required Skills/Abilities

• Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
• Ability to consistently demonstrate a successful client experience.
• Communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to motivate others utilizing effective coaching tools and management skills.
