You will drive growth, optimize staffing, and manage P&L across regions. Ideal candidates bring 8–10 years logistics experience and 5–8 years of multi-site leadership with strong financial acumen and CRM sales experience.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years related logistics experience.
• 5–8 years managerial, multi-site P&L responsibility.
• High school diploma; bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• CRM experience with proven sales success.
• Engineering/IT awareness and SCM software knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop tactical and strategic plans to build talent pipeline.
• Meet profit and growth objectives.
• Drive consistent operational performance across locations with focus on safety, service and cost.
• Negotiate with customers for rate increases, scope changes, etc.
• Ensure all locations are optimally staffed and organized.
