Mach 1 Stores in Marion, IL is seeking a general manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and maintain exceptional customer service at our West Main Street location.

You will supervise 12-15 sales associates, hire and train staff, manage inventory and cash procedures, and ensure compliance with company standards and legal requirements while delivering strong financial results.

• Monitor competitor pricing at the store's local competition.
