ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• - Supervision of sales associates during shift
• - Training and coaching sales associates
• - Ensuring a safe environment for customers and employees
• - Ensure the store's appearance reflects the company's standards
• - Comply with federal and state laws pertaining to the store's operation
• - Responsible for daily paperwork, bank deposits, inventory counts, cash audits, invoice processing, order placement, controlling labor hours, overseeing day to day operations
• - Monitor competitor pricing at the store's local competition
