Mach 1 Stores is seeking a General Manager in Marion, Illinois to oversee the entire location, drive profitability, and deliver exceptional customer service.

You will supervise 12–15 sales associates, hire and train staff, and ensure safety and standards while managing daily operations and paperwork. The role includes scheduling, labor control, and competitive pricing oversight.

Responsibilities
