Job summary

Flow is seeking a General Manager for its newest South Florida community. The GM will lead property operations, guest experience, revenue management, distribution, and team leadership in a startup-style hospitality environment.

Ideal candidate has 7–10+ years in hospitality management, strong business acumen, and the ability to drive performance across hotel, F&B, and retail assets while building a high-performing team and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of hospitality management experience across multiple asset classes.
• Strong business acumen with expertise in revenue management, distribution, and financial management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of property operations, guest satisfaction, profitability, and efficiency.
• Develop and implement revenue optimization, occupancy strategies, and distribution across channels.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing hospitality team and collaborate with managers.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and expense control to meet financial targets.
• Ensure facilities and guest rooms are maintained to high standards.
• Build relationships with property owners, corporate housing providers, and local partners.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations; analyze metrics and drive improvements.
• Stay current with industry trends to enhance guest experience.
