Job summary

The MilkShake Factory is seeking ambitious General Managers to lead our growing dessert shops in the Pittsburgh area. You will own the day-to-day operations, mentor store teams, and drive customer experience with an entrepreneurial mindset.

We offer a 45-hour work week with flexible scheduling, 18 days of PTO, a comprehensive benefits package, and clear growth paths from Store Leader to Multi-Unit Manager as we continue expanding from within.
