Chicken Salad Chick is seeking a General Manager to lead a CSC location in Florida. You will direct and supervise planning, training and daily operations to meet sales, service and quality goals while maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• Three years of proven restaurant General Manager experience.
• Brand ambassador for Chicken Salad Chick.
• Understand and adhere to all policies, procedures, standards and training.

Responsibilities

• Direct, coordinate, implement & manage planning, organizing, training and leadership to achieve sales, service, quality and sanitation objectives.
• Ensure adherence to all standards of operating a CSC location.
• Oversee guest service, product quality and cleanliness/sanitation.
• Control cash handling and reconciliation procedures.
• Prepare required paperwork and reports in a timely manner.
• Develop staff through training and professional development.
