Job summary

Domino's is seeking a results-driven General Manager to lead a busy store, ensure top customer service, and mentor a diverse team. You will oversee daily operations from training and scheduling to food safety and cost management.

The role emphasizes coaching, maintaining high standards, and driving sales and profitability in a fast-paced environment. A valid drivers license and prior management or QSR experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a management role or similar experience (required).
• Customer Service experience (required).
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience (preferred).
• Valid drivers license (required).
• High School education or equivalent.
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team.
• Problem-solving, Decision-making, & Conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal.
• Experience managing food cost, and labor.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Store Operations and Drive Results including cost controls, inventory, food, image standards, store cleanliness, attendance & punctuality.
• Recruit, Develop, and Retain staff team members.
